Adult Program Treatment Services
Rehabilitation services for alcohol and drug abuse problems are available to meet the comprehensive treatment needs of a patient. Upon admission, initial assessments include a history and physical, complete laboratory work-up, nursing assessment and a complete chemical dependency assessment. Each situation varies, and services include:

  • Detoxification. The first phase of treatment, which includes 24-hour-a-day monitoring and daily physician assessments.
  • Residential Treatment. Client education in individual, group and family counseling sessions, 12-step support group meetings and activities designed to enhance the recovery process. Comfortable, private environment.
  • Transitional Living. A safe, structured environment for an individual to continue his or her recovery while still in treatment. Individual begins to participate in outside work and family activities.
  • Partial Hospitalization Program (Day Treatment). A full day treatment program that parallels residential treatment services but allows the client to return home in the evening.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program. Offers day and evening educational and therapeutic services.
  • Prometa™Treatment. A specialized treatment program for individuals with alcohol, cocaine and methamphetamine dependencies.
  • Aftercare (peer-led) and/or continuing care (professionally led). Starts the first week a patient is admitted into treatment and continues weekly for one year following completion of treatment. These groups offer a built-in support group to aid in the recovery process.
  • Relapse Prevention. Education and support groups to assist in identifying relapse warning signs, as well as early intervention planning.
  • Alumni Association. Celebrating over 25 years of inspirational stories of success, sobriety and joy. The alumni association is open to all patients presently at the PaRC or those who have completed treatment there. The PaRC hosts weekly meetings, including Relapse Prevention Support Groups.
  • 12-step meetings. Daily open 12-step meetings include Alcoholics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Women For Sobriety and Al-Anon hosted at PaRC.
