| Overview |
The goal of the Memorial Hermann Prevention and Recovery Center (PaRC) is to improve the behavioral health of individuals and families in the community in which they live. The mission is to assist all persons adversely affected by alcohol and substance abuse onto the path of whole life recovery.
The PaRC offers a comprehensive range of alcohol and drug treatment services for adults and adolescents. These services include detoxification, residential and day treatment, transitional living, intensive day and outpatient evening programs, family services, aftercare, relapse prevention, 12-step meetings, an Alumni Association, and extended sober living. In addition to treating chemical dependency issues the PaRC has access to the Memorial Hermann Counseling Center where patients and their families are able to address some of their mental health concerns. Mental health treatment services include psychological evaluations individual and group counseling for adults and children.
The PaRC is committed to building recovery one life at a time.
