Self-Assessment

Assess the likelihood that you may have a substance abuse or chemical dependency problem by answering these simple questions:
  1. Do you use alcohol or drugs on a regular basis?
  2. Do you lie about how much you are using?
  3. Does it take more of the alcohol/drug to get the same effect?
  4. Has your use affected your job, family or your health?
  5. Have you stopped on your own, only to start using again?
  6. Do you use more than you planned, or at times do you plan not to use but do so anyway?
  7. Are you spending more of your money or time on your use?
Answering yes to one or more of the above questions indicates you may have an alcohol or drug problem. Please call 713-329-7300 or 713-939-7272 today to set up your screening.
